The European Researcher’s Night 2018 was organized by the University “G. d’Annunzio” of Chieti-Pescara in downtown Chieti on 28 September 2018 to disseminate the research activities performed at UdA to a large audience. The event was hosted in historical buildings and along the main streets of the historical Chieti center. Fifteen thousand people, including students from primary to high schools, researchers, school professors, professionals and common people from the area around Chieti, visited the booths where the research activities were presented and attended the events organized during this dissemination day. Prof. Silvia Comani and Dr. Gabriella Tamburro organized a booth where the dry electrode EEG system developed within he ANDREA Project was shown, and the ANDREA Project – its purpose, network of partners, main results and potential impact – was presented. The booth was visited by hundreds of students (10-24 years old) of different backgrounds, and a huge number of school professors and common people, all showing a great interest in the potential application of the new dry electrode technology.
